Kensington Junior Golf Tour, L. L. C.

I understand and affirm that the Kensington Junior Golf Tour, L.L.C. (hereinafter known as KJGT), their agents, representatives and volunteers, and all course owners and/or operators are not liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses suffered to participants, caddies and spectators associated with this registration while participating in KJGT sponsored events. I acknowledge that COVID-19 represents a serious health threat to persons exposed to it and assume the risks associated with possible exposure to COVID-19 during the tournaments and tournament-related events. We certify to the best of our knowledge, information and belief that during the last 14 days, neither we nor any members of our household, or households involved with this registration for individual or team events have been exposed to, diagnosed with or quarantined as a result of COVID-19 or have experienced a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other cold or flu-like symptoms. (In the event of such exposure, no tournament play or participation shall be permitted until the end of the quarantine period recommended by the CDC and the State of Michigan.) I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Kensington Junior Golf Tour, L.L.C, and their respective agents, staff, and participants from any and all claims and liability resulting from exposure to COVID-19. By completing the registration process, I agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the KJGT and its agents, representatives and volunteers from any damages suffered by me, my family, my child, my child's caddie or friends while participating in, or traveling to or from any program sponsored by the KJGT. I authorize the KJGT to release my child’s scores, photographs and videos of KGJT competition to any newspaper, golf publication, golf website, golf organization or college golf coach. I have read and agree to the terms set forth.
